Bro expects north east pa to have good schools lol

As a young adult 3 years out of highschool good luck. Every school has at least a hand full of drug dealers, I was offered meth once. Not even by a dealer it was just a friend of mine who you'd never guess was on drugs. pleasant valley HS literally had a nursery, I had a few run ins with gangs, old teacher at my tech school was put on trial for sexual assault ( he was pretty handsey). Fights became a norm by the time I was finishing up. A hand full of bomb threats, there's more people carrying knives than not. A few people with guns. Only thing I haven't seen was an active shooting. Outside of that the actual education part sucks at least at my highschool and the surrounding ones.

So with all that being said.. good luck

I'd say Northwestern Lehigh. I grew up there up Route 100 and 309 from Allentown and it probably checks your boxes for both farthest-out Lehigh Valley school district with some decent quality to it AND available acreage because it's four fairly rural townships zoned for acre-plus lots.

The issue with East Penn, Parkland, and Southern Lehigh is much of each has transitioned to more dense population on smaller lots due to public water and sewer unlike NW Lehigh.

Whatever you do, avoid Northern Lehigh S.D. with poor quality schools and very, very high taxes.

Nazareth

NW Lehigh

Parkland is great for schools, but a massive, massive district (good luck if you got an avg kid hoping to make friends playing as part of, say, a baseball program).
