For us it involved insulating doors to our eaves and cold celler, insulating the top part of our basement, weather stripping around doors and a couple other minor things like led lightbulbs.

I contacted them when we bought our house in 2014 -- I never heard from them. I called them a couple of times until they told me to stop calling because it's not going to speed up the process.

I think it took a little while to hear back (a month?) and I had to follow up with them. Once it was approved, it moved quickly.
