Take a trip down to fishtown and go to barcade. Tons of pinball and retro games, plus beer

Not Bucks, but the Pinball Gallery in Malvern is cool. Its about 75% pinball (obviously) but they also have some older arcade and console game stations. You pay by the hour if I recall, it was pretty fun, although there are no go karts.

Mom’s Organic Grocery store in Glenside (trust me) has an awesome collection of pinball games.

There’s a place called Round1 which has bowling and arcade games. There’s one in Exton at the (barely surviving) Mall which I have been to and it’s quite large with a LOT of games. Also one in Philly, never been to that one.

The go-karts at Arnold's are electric, so they're pretty fast (as long as you're not crashing into people, they'll remotely limit your speed if you're getting too aggressive). But as a video game arcade, its not going to satisfy your 80's nostalgia needs. Yes, they have video games, but a lot of it is newer stuff.

Hi, Pennsylvania neighbor! Admittedly, I've not been to The Works but I'm on their website right now and it looks amazing!

Here's the deal with Arnold's. The place is massive and weekend nights are really when it gets fun for adults. They have a full bar and restaurant on the bowling side of the building (the lanes aren't great, definitely not league quality). They have live bands on the weekends and a smattering of pinball machines in the restaurant. HOWEVER, the part that's for kids is kind of an island of broken toys. It just feels a little old and run-down. They've repainted a bunch of stuff, but a lot of their equipment used to have logos from Dutch Wonderland, so definitely second hand.

But I'm not fancy, I love the place and its exactly the kind of clientele I prefer to hang with. I'll just say its not the kind of place that Mom's from the Main Line book their children's birthday parties at, if you know what I mean.

The best is when you have a designated driver. Get a little loose in the bar, then race your friends on the go-karts.
