If you are enrolled in Hacc you can park for free. I'd honestly pay the 15 bucks to park at Hacc if you aren't so you didn't have to ride the COVID express from the Elmerton Ave lot. If you choose to do that, take linglestown Rd and turn onto Industrial Rd taking that to the Hacc lots. Like others said, AVOID CAMERON ST.

You should look it up. May not be your bag, but it is the largest ag expo in the country and thousands look forward to it annually.
But you know, in terms of indoor activities in Mid-January in this state, can't really beat it.

We park at one of the businesses on the south side of Maclay St., and use the Maclay Lobby entrance. $20 cash. (We're always aiming for that entrance anyway.)

It's a huge indoor facility. No entrance fees. It is worth checking out at least once to know that world exists here in PA. Always early to mid-January. Don't wear dress shoes. :-)

For ease of parking - get off 81 at Progress Ave and go to the Elmerton lots and ride the shuttle in. Avoid Cameron Street at all costs.
Unethical life pro tip - stop off at cracker barrel, find a person who had just left, and get the parking ticket off their dashboard. As long as the ticket is the color of the day, you won't pay again.
