Public libraries often print for a nickel a page. Staples stores might also

Maybe install a free print to pdf driver like this https://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php

And then it'll add a printer called something like "print to pdf bullzip". When you were done filling out a form you can go to print it and print it to that printer driver and it'll form a PDF file for you.

When you print change the printer setting to save a pdf and email a copy to yourself

Do they let you submit it electronically? I’m not familiar with the process, but it’s crazy if they make you print everything out.

The UC 304 form or work search record form can be used to keep track of your weekly job searches but you do not have to use this form. You can keep track on your PACareerLink account or in a notebook. As long as you can go back in your records just in case UC audits you and requests job search records, if you get audited UC will send you a message asking to see two specific weeks, you fill out the UC 304 forms and send them to UC. Chances of being audited are very low.
