You think? I was thinking about buying a ton for the rest of the season thinking it would be cheaper than the oil man and keep me warm with some leftover maybe for next season. It’s my first year with a stove and first year in my current home so I am not sure how long I will need to keep the heat/stove on this season.

We get ours at Ace. It can be tough to keep them for more than a season. Definitely don't try to use them if they got wet. They puff up and turn back to dust and your stove will NOT like that. It's a mistake you only make once.

Tractor Supply and Runnings (Green Supreme brand I think) in Putnam CT. I cry when the oil man heads up the driveway.

Is it though? Pellets and oil about the same right now, 350$-400$ ton of pellets to 100gal of oil (delivered).

If you can wait it maybe best to wait til summer and just pay for oil now.

For a ton, Fireplace Showcase in Seekonk, MA. Always stocked, good selection and they deliver for a reasonable fee.
Tractor Supply Company if you just want to grab 5-10 bags. Home Depot and Lowes has them too but their selection is pretty limited and they kind of don't carry them after March to make room for spring season.

Don’t buy now, you’ll get all the old damaged stock that they want to get rid of. Aug sept is best.
