Can you go to Ninigret Park at night when the observatory isn't open?

I don't see why you couldn't. Police station is across the street so they may make you leave if you're not supposed to be there but I doubt anyone would raise a fuss.

I think it technically closes at sunset, but I've never had any issues down there while doing astrophotography. I think as long as you're being responsible you won't have any issues.

I’ve gone there when Frosty Drew was closed and there was a gate that was locked so I couldn’t drive in. Have you had that problem?

Hm, I never have, but I'll be honest I haven't been down there for a couple years now so idk if things have changed or not
