Wanna know how you can tell someone goes to RISD? They'll tell you.

RISD students are so easy to spot. A person who dresses like they are original, but end up looking like every other “original” person.

RISD sucks. The graduating class would always come through Weinberg glass studio where I worked as an artist with absolute zero training, and we’d give tours and short tutorials on certain processes. At the end we would answer questions, from students that we’re paying over 60k in tuition, to a school with a glass department built by Dale Chihuly and here I am with more working knowledge than they had. What a waste

Right! And just because you graduated from a top school in any field doesn't mean you will kill it with your talentd right from the gate.

I find that coming out of college doesn't guarantee you have all of the practical knowledge of the field. In fact, you learn more working in the field than in college!
