It seems to whomever I ask, opinions on Honeybird seem to be mixed. I went to Honeybird for the first time last night and I thought it was really good! I wouldn’t say it was extraordinary, but it was pretty solid all around! I do wish they had a larger draft selection, but it seems as though cocktails are their primary focus. And yes, space is exceedingly limited but I had no problem getting a spot at the bar. I also hope more development will occur within the vicinity when they finally finish the Henderson bridge project and clear the former oil terminal sites.

I loved it and the potato salad was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

Pretty good. One complaint on the wings: the drums are huge. While that might seem like a good thing, in my experience oversized drums are very tough and stringy. That’s what I had both times I ordered the wings at HB. Aside from that I’ve enjoyed everything. Sauces are good. The pulled pork beans are excellent. The only other issue is how loud it gets in that tiny space when it’s filled. But I get it almost every time I’m in the area.

I agree, the drumsticks were tough, and the sides and thigh pieces were definitely the highlight

I thought the drinks and sides were very good. Main course was good and over all pricing for what I got was slightly higher than I thought it should. I was able to get in with no reservation on an early Friday.

Yea, the prices were a bit high, especially considering it’s in a rather barren/industrial location. Sides were excellent but I actually preferred the Nashville hot bao appetizer to my main entree

Meh. And far too small & cramped in there for my liking.

We had reservations, and I'd definitely recommend getting them. For a table of two, we split a bunch of sides and had a few drinks. It was definitely the way to go. I'll go back for sure.

Loved it. For the price and quality, it's #1 in my book. Only points it loses is on the lack of parking.

Tried it for the first time on Friday night and it was really really good. You might have sticker shock at first but I will tell you the 10 piece bucket was enough to feed like 3-4 people at least. It comes with 4 full size sides and a mix of thighs, drums, wings and tenders all of which were very tasty, not grease and the sides were just as good.
