Why would I move to a state that hates women? You couldn't pay me to live there.

Truly you think Texas hates women ? You probably referring to Abortion right ? No one is gonna pay no one to live there . You will live there if u looking for affordable living . Gréât economy , less taxation and gréât roads .

Yeah sorry. I have family who live/lived there and they either want to move back to the northeast or already have. Affordable living and less taxes come with some consequences I don't believe in.

There might be no state income taxes but money gotta come from somewhere. People complain about property taxes here, some places there are just absolutely horridly expensive.

I just reluctantly moved to Texas to be able to afford a house next year or so and also salary is on par. TBH, now I miss RI like hell. It's was tough weighing out my options but both states

Yep RI is not very affordable post covid but if you look less than white texas isn’t friendly

Yea and that's at the back of my mind. I'll have to see how long I'll last in TX 🤞🏽

I owned in Tx and owned in RI and to be fair it is nothing compare to RI tax wise . Way less I lived in Houston area to be more specific and it is considered higher tax rate but still way less .

To me as a pro life I like it . But this has nothing to do with living there or not . I lived in Texas . Moved to RI and running back to Texas
