Richmond, Charlestown, and Exeter you can still find some great deals! North Kingstown, too, which is actually a very cool town- South County but almost central in the state. Great back roads to Kingston- did you say your working at/near URI? South Kingstown is where I am, it's awesome, and Narragansett too, but there's not a lot available.
