Just moved from Warwick to Richmond with my wife and 2 young kids. Looking for any suggestions on good restaurants/bars and fun stuff to do with the kids in the area. Also any general info on the area

Celebrated bakery is great, they’re in the stop & shop plaza next to the liquor store, it’s so fun and inviting in there, they used to be in Warwick, but not easy to find there. Perks and corks in westerly is a fun cocktail bar with a retro rock vibe. The Rathskeller is always fun, so many different vibes in the place, and during the summer, outdoor seating, bands, and frosty beers. The food (to me) was better pre-pandemic, but it’s still a good meal for the area.

Alaina's is our normal go to place along with the Rathskeller

Alaina's is an acceptable burrito. This coming from a native Texan.

Alaina’s Guac n Roll is solid, and the actual restaurant has fun specials and great food.

The Bizmark’s are to die for. Almost literally. And their take on bakery pizza is worth a try if you’ve never had it.

I’ve never seen Minh Hai open, I drive by it in the afternoon and evenings.

I am wondering if they closed permanently, have you been there recently?

Google says their hours are 1:30p to 9:30p, closed on Tuesdays. I’ve not been.

Yeah, I think Google isn’t up to date. It looks abandoned if you drive by it.
