Wish I had an easy answer for you. Long waits for contractors and materials is normal and wide spread now so might be a long wait even with reddit’s help.

Ive used a GC for work that's fantastic for that sort of concrete/masonry work - W.H. Peppes General Contracting. He's expensive, but his work is great. Very detail oriented and his subs are usually top notch workers.

Max Ramos was wonderful, but I don’t know how busy he is. We used him for a couple of projects years ago, and the quality is excellent.

Well there is the lodge in Pawtucket. Plenty of Masons there Lol I'm joking. The only stone masons I know are in North Attleboro, and he is booked 9 months out

I can recommend and vouch for Palrao Masonry, he just completed my patio. From the time I reached out to him to when he started the work was about a month and a half, I'm not sure how much more he's booked out now but try reaching out.
