Don't do it. That is never a good idea. Even the best tattoo like that will blur quickly.

Anything in that particular area is going to be tough. You can get something on your arm or leg that is wedding related.

What about a tattoo of a pair of linked wedding rings with a background of hearts or a flower or something, with a banner that has your wedding date?
