I've seen a significant decrease in ticks this summer. They were pretty bad at the start, then it dropped off. Is just local for me, and Do we have the summer's drought to thank for that?

Yeah I had to stop walking dogs in the trails near me as I pulled over twenty off one dog the last time. Only neighborhood walks now until tick season does off.

Been pulling 3-4 off each dog every visit outside. The dogs getting it isn't bad, they're medicated, if it wasn't for the fact that the ticks sometime jump off onto me.

I noticed the same based just on how many I found on my dog. Dry summers seem to have a knock down effect.
