Not really because basically all of RI is a decent distance after the Midwest. And because of the housing market I am moving around Airbnbs currently waiting to get on a waitlist for an apartment.

waitlist for an apartment?! I moved within the past year and wooah boy, tell me more. It was bad but not waitlist airbnb bad, unless you moved on very short notice.

I had two weeks to move from Wisconsin. It’s been two months. My budget is very tight.

That's terrible-- sorry to hear it. It's exploded in recent years and there isn't a lot of sub 1500 1 beds/studios out there-- 5 years ago you could have a 3 bed at that price. GL and feel free to dm me if you want any advice on the apt hunt or to chat about the finer points of living in wisconsin (I miss it, but it was over a decade ago so I know it's very different these days)
