Thanks again. Just wondering if the DMV made you do a vision test? I have perfect eye sight and hope I can avoid any extra bullshit lol

Yes, DMV have vision tests. They give it to you when you first get your drivers license.

You can't avoid it.

And really.. you don't want other people avoiding it either! :)

Well, I went today and it was successful. I don’t know why they made you do a vision test when you moved into the state. I just had to sign a form saying I have better than 20/40 vision that could be verified with a doctor. 20/40 vision is pretty bad tbh, so the roads are filled with 1) people who likely lied about their vision and 2) folks who truly have 20/40 vision but don’t need corrective lenses. This explains a lot about driving in RI.

Turns out it took 1 signature to avoid it.
