Yeah I know, they still make new plates everyday, and I keep seeing people with what look like new vanity plates or just new issued plates and its upsetting after application after application for a preferred plate. To get around the whole vanity plate thing

I'd assume there's no real public outrage because people with vanity license plates are the least sympathetic humans ever.
