Mass nurses get paid much better than ri nurses. Also ri is not a compact state. So get licensed in a compact state if you can and then get licensed in ri if you want.

Why? I've lived in both MA and RI. Depending on where you are in each state, they can feel different. But honestly compared to Indiana, they are VERY similar. The rivalry is hilarious to me.
