We’ve used Riverside farm in Charlestown. Choose your tree from the field, they cut. It is fresh, unlike precut trees. Don’t know of current pricing, but they’ve been fair previously.

Bedrock tree farm used to be my go to but that have taken a few years off to regrown. I can assure the fathers daughter is not gonna be cheap.

I was told someone got a large cut your own for $45 last weekend in West Kingston (on or near Liberty Lane) They didn’t know the name of the place and it was secondhand info but that’s the cheapest I’ve heard of this year.

Maybe Home Depot but I’m typing this without knowing the cost at either place. Typically Home Depot is cheaper than the farms. Needles do fall off the Home Depot trees faster though.

Walmart trees are going to be $70+ this year. I'm not sure there will be any cheap trees.

Leydens tree farm has a $5 off coupon on its website. Every little bit helps!

That’s awesome, maybe the stopped price gauging. A 2 or 3 years ago we cut an 8th Frasier fir. When we went to check out we were told it would be $110! We ended up taking it out of the truck and leaving it at the exit, as did the family behind us.

Farmers Daughter is well priced for the quality/size of plants they have - but it’s more expensive. For a Xmas tree for under 30 days, that’s probably not as big of a deal - you can probably find cheaper at some of the other garden centers in S County (there’s the rose place just north of FD and a garden center just south of FD for example).
