I like having a $0 electric bill. Granted it's going to take me about 6 years to recoup the cost of the installation but after that I'm just building credits.

My panels are getting installed in January- 166 a month should cover 99% of my need and maintain 92 % efficiency after 25 years

No. I live in the city so we don’t really get that power outages like that. And hen we do, it’s back up in no time. So I skipped th battery. Which brand did you go with?

I have the LG 16kwh battery since I'm in the country where power outages are frequent and can be for days.
