Yep. Verizon FiOS has been having issues in EP since last night. It's fixed now.

MyFIOS app will let you test/troubleshoot and also confirm if it's an outage on something on your end.

I'm aware, but for this specific outage the troubleshooter claims there's no outage when there definitely has been an outage in certain parts of Rhode Island.
