One time I went there, and I swear the entire staff was either brand new or on drugs. I was in the drive thru for half an hour. When I got to the window, they had no idea what I ordered, and she went on mumbling something about a "large hot iced, small". Probably one of the few times in my life I was rude to someone in retail

I actually have a few classmates who work at that Dunkin; I don’t think drugs are entirely out of the question if I’m being completely honest
