they won't respond if you live in multi-family units and are not the owner (like in a 30 unit apartment). Tried to get my landlord to call them instead, surprise surprise, they also don't care about multi-family housing efficiency.

Mutli-family has a different set of guidelines per RI Energy. Its very difficult to have anything qualify under the program.

the owner of the property has to care enough :P I tried. my landlord-management-company is a real POS. unfortunately they have the cheapest rent in the area. I get what I deserve I guess... but thanks anyways.
