That is a 5G antenna on the utility pole. This is more and more common as wireless carriers extend their 5G coverage.

I don’t think they are 5g. I have seen these in Middletown and Portsmouth since before 5g was a thing. However, I do believe they are small cells for 3g or 4g.

Mainstream “5G” in most places is just rebranded LTE. True 5G is ultra-wide band.
