Ninigret Park in Charlestown has some. It's a great town park with many other things to do and is well worth the trip from Prov.

I've played both and I prefer pickleball! It's a wiffle ball style ball vs the rubber ball I played paddle tennis with. I feel like I have more control with the ball in pickleball and intense rallys feel more active with the wiffle ball too!

Grassy Plains park in riverside has two tennis courts also marked for pickle ball. They were just done last year but you will need to bring your own net.

Wilson Park in Wickford most mornings. Ditto for Old Mountain Field in Wakefield and Clarke Rd in Narragansett.
