Rise in Warwick might possibly be the biggest cluster fuck of a dispensary I’ve ever seen in my life & I’ve been to a lot.

Go to nova farms in Attleboro or boterra in Franklin. I live in RI and I still travel for it.

You bring up another thought; in RI I’ve only been to Rise and Slater. In MA, big fan of Solar and have been to Nova and Caroline’s. Additionally, when I travel for work I will check out a dispensary in rec legal states. The RI experience is so unique, cattle herding mentality with no customer service. You walk into Solar in Seekonk, all smiles and welcomes and thank you’s. RISE, you’re herded into one of several lines by angry staff, made to wait, asked to show your ID at least three times before the counter, and quickly shuffled out the door after spending $200 but investing 45 minutes to an hour. It’s insane, I’m taking advantage of all the dispensaries around us and skipping the one closest to me from now on.

I went there for the first time yesterday because I was in the area. The rec line was getting longer and longer with like 3 registers opened and then four or five baked employees huddled around one computer doing who knows what.
It's a drab depressing setup and I felt dirty after I left. I've never been to a place like that and I definitely won't be going back

You feel like you’re in line at the parole office, not the weed store. My experience with RISE in other states has been superb. Warwick has been a total disappointment.

Yeah, I really hope it gets better. I got what I ordered online, but between having to wait outside in the rain and the beef cow to slaughter vibe was extremely off putting. After too long of sending my taxes to MA, I’m happy to spend on my community finally. I just hope the experience improves. I considered writing an email… but I’d be doubtful that anyone would give 2shits

RISE is a mess.
Once the old place sold out to corporate cannabis it was a steep drop off. Went one time after it was sold and never again because it was such a disaster.
Grow your own if you can, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
