It might not provide a ton of units, but I'll take any more supply provided in a severe housing shortage.

agreed, downtown needs another 2,000+ units immediately — if they were available, they would be filled. there’s no way to build $1,000/units anymore, inflation is too high, we need to stop wasting time holding up projects, we need more housing right now.

It’s a massive 200,000 sf building. Would be a lot of units!!
