Don't go to the Warwick City Park one. The one in Warren is a huge drive but nice, with lots of parking. Also dog friendly stores and restaurants, very walkable area.

South County dog park was super nice when I used to go there. They have it separated by a small dog area and a large dog area. Unfortunately, way too many poor dog owners out there

Edit: South Kingstown Dog Park - not sure what the downvotes are for lol

compass rose beach in quonset is pretty small as far as beaches go and is great if your pup likes sand and water, but you might have to park in the ferry parking lot depending on whether they're still doing construction in the beach parking lot.

Bend St. Sports Complex off West Shore Rd. has tons of adjacent soccer fields - when they are not in use, it's a great spot to let your dog run off leash

Kayla Jean Ricci Dog Park in North Kingstown. It's at the end of Quonset. I only go down there to do wildlife photography - as I like the relative isolation - but I rarely see more than one or two people in the dog park later in the day. It's a very quiet, scenic area. If on a leash, you could also take them to Spink Neck Beach. It's has enough parking of its own, but is also a very short walk from the Dog Park. A pretty good stretch of sand that typically isn't too active, in my experience.

I've tried the Warwick City Dog Park twice and had weird experiences there. The regulars were very unfriendly and "cliche-y" and none of the dogs were really playing? The sand is annoying as well.
