What happened?

They really botched it. They announced flights to all these places last summer. They accepted bookings and then cancelled all the flights. Tremendous bad-will will take a ton to turn that around for lots of people

Long story short, departure flight delayed 5 hrs due to mechanical issues. Return flight delayed 7 times then finally cancelled with no text after texting us 7 times for the delays.

Outbound to ORD okay, return delayed maybe two hours. Had to swap planes. Very poor communication. Will fly again, but expecting better. I'm lucky to have choices: either a guaranteed 12 hour trip to Norfolk via Amtrak, versus a 90 minute, possibly 12 hour ordeal via Breeze. It shouldn't be a toss-up.

Took their non-stop to Charleston in December, didn’t have any issues. Airline is nothing spectacular, but works in a pinch.

Yes, horrible communication. And customer service is only available by text. Which is not instant so be prepared to be heavily frustrated when you have questions regarding your flight leaving on the same day. They do get back to you a day later though.
Their attendants, plane (when it's functional), and app is very good otherwise. It was very easy to even cancel if we wanted to rebuy cheaper tickets, but thankfully we didn't because now I'm trying to file a claim for my expenses with my credit card for food and transportation due to the flight cancellation/delay.

Last I checked, their discount flights are only on Wednesdays for most places. Hard to justify spending 7 days in Savannah to save 200 bucks.

I was originally booked for a flight to LA next month and all of sudden the flight disappeared. No one could tell me what happened and I had to fight to get the money back.

3 days in Savannah and 3 in Charleston is a solid vk though

They are a sketchy, shady, not well run airline. I’d rather pay a little more with someone else than give these clowns money.

We had no issues with their Pvd Pittsburgh flight. We’ll be using it again.

I mean that's the whole point. It's a jet blue branch that's supposed to service smaller airports.

Flown non-stop to Norfolk several times with breeze. Had some issues with delays and cancellations but still the best option to get down there.

It’s an independent company; the JetBlue tie-in is that its founder is also JetBlue’s founder.

Horrible experience with them. They better be damn near free for me to ever use them again. Even so, I don't think it will happen.
