For Nov-Dec I had a $250 gas bill with the thermostat at 62. Dropped it to 58 for our mild Dec-Nov and it’s $280. Stupid. It’s a squeeze.

Is there no reprieve? And I see the Fed touting that inflation is going down. Bullshit I’m gonna have to ask my employer for a raise to pay my utility bills.

Not inflation just the passing from National Grid to RI Energy and the crazy hike of the charges that are not federally regulated.

One specific product increasing in price because of extenuating circumstances is not the definition of inflation

🤣🤣😂 did you say just one specific product?? Either you are privileged or you have your head stuck in the sand lolol

We're talking about the price of natural gas here.
I didn't say inflation doesn't exist, I said that one product's price increasing isn't "the definition of inflation" as you claimed.
