What insurance do they take? Also, do they do medication management?

Aetna, BCBS, Anthem, all sorts. Give them a call. Yes, they have Dr.'s there that do medication management.

What if you don’t live around providence? Do they take Medicaid? Is it telehealth or in person?

Is it medication management or therapy, or both?

Thundermist does med management but I believe you need to get your primary care there as well. They have a location in south county but they also do med management appointments over the phone. They definitely take Medicaid.

I don't have it, but I'm just thinking how hard it seems to be for people with serious afflictions like schizophrenia to get proper treatment in this state. How do you even find the right person? Is it just me or is this state barren in terms of decent mental health services outside of inpatient stuff like Bradley/Butler?

If you want a virtual option, Brightside is $95 for the first two months and includes unlimited communication with psychiatrist. Then after that it is $45 a month for maintenance. They take insurance.

I use Lifestance for Med Management, idk about what insurances they take. It’s all telehealth except an annual appt for vitals. They offer therapy as well but there are fewer licensed therapists in RI there, so I am not sure if they have any openings for therapy. I’d for sure check them out for med management tho.

Edit: I found them they my insurance portal - Cigna.
