When I was the drunkest I've ever been I was laying on my back in bed seconds away from sleep. Sat up suddenly and puked all over my bed. All I could think was oh my god, imagine if I'd fallen asleep first.

I don't count it as a near death experience but your story reminded me of it

Yeah scary stuff. I was asleep and passed out on my back she forced me to get on my side when I kept trying to just fall back asleep. I count it because I threw up in my sleep.

Yeah she also woke up out of sleep at 2 am to come get me because I could not walk and my girlfriend couldn’t lift me by herself
