Yes there are phones with males charging ports but the phone case prevents them from plugging in with each other and the industry only sells us female one just in case but you can still find some in the wild

Nope. All the nasty is still on the outside. Great for one's penis, but that would be like one wearing the same condom for a year or whatever. The phone case is a helmet for phones.
