First point is good (bones in fact are not the same as teeth) but comparing structural difference of a femur and tooth isn’t a great argument. Femur vs a sesamoid (floating) bone are also very different structurally, as are the bones in the ear

Sure, just wanted to keep it simple and not dive too deep into anatomy, most people know what a femur is.

But to your point, a tooth remains equally different to a sesamoid and a ossicle, as it does to a femur, in terms of molecular comp and embryological origin. The size and macrostructure doesn't really make a difference for comparison sake here, so a bit pedantic.
