I absolutely agree everything you listed is key to good pussy eating but hand usage for dick sucking has a higher skill ceiling in my opinion. Grip strength, rhythm, syncing up with mouth movement, ball fondling while stroking, and women have to change up tongue style/focus too. It just seems like it would be more complex to me comparatively speaking.

It's completely different (or at least additional) actions required. Licking a 2 inch longer dick doesn't seem much different, nor does a thicker one, in what you have to actually do.

It's easier to give an okay blow job without even deep throating than giving an adequate eating out. Plus you can be sure the climax is not a lie.
