Oh you mean the the airline that has never had a fatal accident in its history and was ranked as the second safest low-cost airline globally?

One of the only airlines that has passed the new FAA certification process and whose all Airbus aircraft fleet average age is just over six years old?

Those guys?

If it is the same one I flew a week ago that had duct tape on the seat and the entire plane looked as if it was 1 gust of wind will cause it to be dismantled. I have flown delta, AA and HA and have never been in a more sketchy plane. The take off and landing was super sketch. But I am surprised to learn all of these facts about them.

I’m probably wrong, but I’d imagine the pilots for budget airlines are either just starting their careers and lack some experience or have had issues at other airlines and that’s where they landed, so to speak.

I was looking up fleet ages and United Airlines is the worse with average of 23 years for most of their fleet, however they have a big order in the works. Frontier has the best with average of 4.2 years.

I think the last time I was on a Delta flight the seats has cigarette ashtrays.

I was on Frontier a few weeks ago. Flight was fine, but I figured out how they can lower their prices so much: the flight attendants read advertisements for credit cards over the loudspeaker every 20 minutes. Good luck getting some shuteye…
