Technically you can drink lots of things that don't contain water, pure mercury or liquid oxygen.

Technically there's glycerin, which is very much not water while being safe to consume in pure form.

Which is in general not the case with alcohols, you'll get burns on your tongue, in your throat and maybe internal organs from alcohol sucking water out of them.

Acids will give you burns too, even more severe.

So yeah, pretty much your choice is water or glycerin.
