I don't think so. It's not the case that nobody owns Antarctica, it's more like everybody owns it. There are tons on International agreements in place that you'd have to overcome.

Maybe but it wouldn’t be super easy bc who’s gonna follow a rando as their leader. The penguins don’t care about some human saying they are their king
