Its because all the people you want to do things with are working. Hah. I am a stay at home Dad and currently am homeschooling. I am home but everyone I know is at work still when I'm done teaching. It leaves any activities that involve mutiple people a little out of the question. So there yes this is true... however there are people with solo interests that can do things they love alone.
