It's funny watching "Santa's workshop" movies where all the toys are made of wood.

The "elves" are and have always been Chinese children in factories. This is an extension of the fact that Santa loves rich kids and hates the poor ones.

My parents used to tell me that Santa’s workshop was also a giant warehouse, receiving and delivering packages from major retailers throughout the world.

I’m not sure what I’ll tell my own kid now that Amazon is in the picture.

kinda easier to believe Santa runs a factory full of robots than makes millions of toys by hand tbh.

When I was about 6, I requested only wooden toys to 'help santa'. My poor parents were fuming.

I always wanted to see a movie where the elves revolt because Santa is trying to get them to make Play Stations when all they know how to do is make wooden toys.

The lengths your parents and society will go to to keep the lie alive is kind of insane. They’re all in on it. You’re getting punked by every person above the age of 8. It’s a straight up conspiracy

Well at least either way the toys are made by little people. Just, you know, in China rather than the North Pole
