What are balls of war? I'm not necessarily a great lyricist but I've been doing it for awhile and I'm willing to take a stab at it.

I need you to explain what balls of war are first as I don't know what that means, thus I don't know how to use that phrase.

They are balls (as in testicles) that are extremely angry and are seeking out wars

And they are made of steel

Um... Hm. Are they attached to someone and it's a metaphor for that person's masculine identity or are they a separate entity that act completely independent of the rest of a human body? Also, are balls of war / steel meant to be a positive thing, a negative thing, something a little more nuanced? I'm not really understanding what the tone is supposed to be, so I apologize for all the questions.
