I mean, I guess it's cool if you enjoy spending absurd amounts of money on gas. But then you know what sometimes it's not cheap to be cool.🤷♂️

Exactly. But people sometimes forget about the gas part all they’re really thinking about is being able to travel with a bunch of people, or being able to haul a bunch of toys and stuff. And basically, big truck equals carrying more things. They forget how much gas that’s going to take and how much that’s going to cost.

Yeah I used to have a big truck. I remember the first time I filled it up. It broke my heart. It probably cost about a third of my wages. Just in gas.🤷♂️

I've owned a Dodge Caravan and currently own a PHEV Pacifica. Both have more interior cargo space than a Chevy Tahoe.

They don't forget, they just don't care, or the money is within the range they are willing to pay.

Some forget. Then, they complain about how expensive it is to fill up.

The least-efficient minivan is the non-hybrid Chrysler Pacifica, which gets 19 MPG in the city. The Sienna (which only comes in hybrid trim) gets 36 city/highway You're running about 16% below the bottom end of the minivan MPG range, and well over 50% below the top end.
