That's true, and it's amazing how the two can come together to create something unique & beautiful. It truly shows how art has no boundaries!

Music can't bend time. It's also just bending space. Though in a way that you can hear, unlike paintings.

There is no temporal art

What they mean is you can experience the full painting by translating only in the 3 spatial dimension and it is temporally independent. You can only experience a musical piece but translating through the time dimension and the spatial dimensions are mostly irrelevant to it. A video is both a spatial and temporal work as a result of these definitions, even if it doesn't include any sound
