That's not how chemistry works. Water isn't carbon dioxide even though they both have oxygen.

They aren’t the same though, Molly is similar to meth, but is also hallucinogenic, they have similar properties, but you wouldn’t say that all carbon dioxide is air, but not all air is carbon dioxide, they’re classified differently because they are different.
