Does anybody have an update on what is going on with “The One Atlantic” building downtown that is being transformed into apartments? It looked like those, rumble gym, and empire bagels were about to open, but seems to have stalled. Would be a nice edition to that area.

Me too. Couldn’t care less about the rest of the entire building, we just need decent bagels downtown.

The company redeveloping it went bankrupt and defaulted on the loan. The bank that owns the loan is trying to sell it and construction is probably paused until they do so
