Hello, i am looking to buy a car (used or new - really depends on the price).

I am inclined to buy Mazda. (I am still open to Honda/Toyota) But so far, I am narrowing it down to a Mazda CX 5.

Would really appreciate if anyone has a Mazda dealership recommendation. Either CT or NY area.

Thanks a lot!

Greenwich Honda is the worst. Incredibly manipulative and dishonest sales process.

I wasn’t impressed with them either - their used/CPO cars are absolutely filthy, and the fact they put things on their lot in such lousy condition made me doubt they take care of anything under the hood. I’d avoid them.

Riley Mazda do have quite good reviews; you could do a lot worse. Had a very low pressure sales experience in there although I ended up buying something else.

Mazda is lower demand than Honda/Toyota so you will probably have a much nicer customer-driven experience.

I have a Mazda and always go for service at Riley- they’re super nice there. Probably would be a good spot to buy!

Riley Mazda was really low pressure really liked that guy, was just a little too tall for the car

Seconding Riley Mazda - had a bunch of coworkers who recommended it and I ultimately wound up buying there. Salesman was Richie - low pressure, no markups/Bs. Unfortunately I had bad experiences at both Greenwich and Stamford Toyota.

Stamford Toyota was absolutely horrible when I was shopping in February 2022, and Greenwich wasn't much better so I'd avoid either of those

I wouldn't go the Ford dealership in Stamford either.
