Are these meant to be separate rumors or are you saying Little Pub is opening instead of Pepe? Pepe is supposed to open across the street from the diner

Both rumors again Little Pub where Bullshead Diner was and yes well aware of where they are working on Shake Shack and what was supposed to be Frank Pepe.
