Any 30+ social groups for women in Stamford?

I'm a 33F who just moved to Stamford a few months ago. As my 30+ people know, it can be pretty tough trying to make friends at our age but, I'm really looking to have a social life here. I thought I would reach out and see if anyone knows of any social groups (book club, fitness, bar outings, etc) for women in their 30s? Tried to look for groups on meetup but not really finding much! Ty!

Beta does or did FAM which is ladies night at the gym. When I was a regular there there seemed to be a lot of ladies who showed up.

If you are interested in theater, try volunteering at Curtain Call. They always need help behind the scenes as well as on stage. They are so friendly and welcoming, and eventually become like family.

If you are interested in running, there is an amazing group you can join - called Stamford Road Runners. They are on meetup and Facebook. My work schedule no longer allows me go on these runs but they are a good bunch. Highly recommend!

Soooo, since I have y'alls attention, would anyone be interested in checking out that winter beer garden in Mills river park tomorrow? I didn't realize it's only around until 12/23 so wanted to try to make it this weekend!
