Is there no buyout fee? Granted, the buyout fees these days will send you into poverty. We are breaking a lease right now in downtown Stamford and I feel like I need to sell my left kidney.
Post the apartment here, Facebook, NextDoor, etc. people are always looking for places, especially at the rent you have.
Are you breaking the lease due to problems in the building? I just recently broke a lease for a number of issues in a building and because I kept actually reporting the issues the office was fed up with me and opted to not enforce the line in my lease requiring me to continue paying until it was occupied.
Large 2br for 2500 near downtown? That sounds like it would be taken in a heartbeat unless there’s something less desirable about the area.
We found an apt Saturday, fell in love but wanted to wait until my husband got his bonus this week, the apartment was rented by Thursday. It had been on the market since October. (I cried.)
Oooo we are looking for a place - can you DM me?
Hi! It tried but Reddit is staying you don't accept messages and I can't seem to start a chat with you. Can you try messaging or chatting me?
>Unfortunately I can’t help you but I’m honestly wondering where you found a large 2 bedroom for < 3000/month near downtown.
Thanks anyways! Yeah we were looking for a while, found this place, and jumped on it asap. It was part of a smaller building which had less advertising but better deals.
No this isn't my building, but I have seen plenty of ads for this place.
I hope so! I really love my place but I'm biased. I'm just not sure what to expect.
Those are really nice. It’s a shame they don’t include a washer/dryer. Total deal breaker for me.
Ya, they seemingly spend a ton on ads lol
